Will in Testimony

My father passed away in Feb. There was a will. My aunt was handling all the finacials while he was alive. She had an account with my father and her name on it. She closed the account and put all the money in an account with only her name. What can we do if she does not honor he agreement on the will?

This is a probate question. However, as a general rule if she does not follow the provisions of the will you can file a petition for probate or to change the executor of the probate.
