Can I win custody?

Hi, I'm a mother of a beautiful 2yrld

boy. Is it true that there is a law in

California that states that a member

of the military cannot loose custody

of his/her children?. Can somebody

please tell me if this is true?. Does it

apply during deployment only? or

always. Thank you.

An individual who is deployed in the military has certain protections but that doesn't mean no orders can be made.
