Withholding Child Support

If ex-wife violates child custody order, can child support be withheld and deposited in a savings account until the dispute is resolved?

NO!!!

Child support and visitation are entirely separate. If you withhold child support you can be held in comtempt and placed in jail.

Go to court and request a relief from the court.
