Withholding Child Support
If ex-wife violates child custody order, can child support be withheld and deposited in a savings account until the dispute is resolved?

Not a good idea! Go back to court and seek the judicial remedies available to you. I suggest that you consult with an experienced family law lawyer.

NO!!!
Child support and visitation are entirely separate. If you withhold child support you can be held in comtempt and placed in jail.
Go to court and request a relief from the court.
Re: Withholding Child Support
typically payment of child support is independent, thus its not a good idea to withhold such payments without first filing for an OTC and stating your objections period. if you would like further assistance or legal representation on this matter, email my law firm today directly and we will help you rectify the situation asap.
