Legal Question in Family Law in California
A woman obtained my semen and distributed it amongst a large number of women. They went on to have children and subsequently sued me for my assets. I was prevented from even knowing the identities of these women and that of the offspring. Yet I was required to pay child support. I believe that all of the documents were sealed in a court somewhere in LA, and I got screwed out of everything. How can I find out exactly what happened due to the fact that it was accomplished in absentia.

Your statement of what occurred does not make sense. In paternity cases you have the right to the name of the mother and a dna test to either include or exclude you as the father. Paternity can be determined with out a trial only if you agree that you are the father, or if you were served and did not respond to the petition. You should get a copy of the files and consult with an attorney to review the facts of your case.
