My wief and I ar going threw a devors and she is alredey weth sombodey. but I have fownd out that this person dose drugs and I thank my wief might be to . is thare eney thang that i can do to keep my this person away from my boys. can I get a restraning order so that he can not be arond my boys.my boys leve with my wife and I have vesatashens every other weekend and every tusday and thersday for 3 awers

You can certainly do something, however, you will need some pretty good proof for the court that they are doing drugs and that the drugs are impairing her ability to care for the children. You will need to file a motion to modify the current custody order. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
