worker's compensation

my husband received a lump sum from

worker's comp after he was assaulted

on the job. we used a portion of this

money to purchase property. It is now

10 yrs later. Is our home community

property?

If the injury to your husband occurred during marriage and while you were living together and the home is in joint title, it's community property.
