Legal Question in Family Law in California

working with lawyer

I am divorcing my husband and had been working with a lawyer whom I liked, but I had a disagreement about her fees so I submitted fee arbitration and we both agreed to undergo mediation; however, I want to continue using her as my divorce lawyer for my upcoming settlement hearing, is this possible and what are the legal ramifications?
