Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have been working out of state for the last three months and living in California for three years prior to that. The house is in my wifes name and we are getting a divorce. I am flying there this weekend to get my car and belongings out of the house. My wife is saying she doesn't want me at the house. Do I have any recourse.

Unless she has a restraining order against you, she cannot keep you away from the house. However, your best approach would be to either have a police standby or at least one witness with you while you are at the home. If she has changed the door locks then you should request a police standby to assist you in entry into the house.

If she has changed the door locks then you should request a police standby to assist you in entry into the house. If that is not successful then you should file an OSC requesting a court order allowing you to obtain your property.
