Should I worry that my husband is systematically transferring large sums of money (20K) to his brothers bank account ?

Only if $20K is a meaningful amount of money to you. If that's an average day of shopping on Rodeo Drive for you, don't sweat it. Sorry to be flip about it, but I'm pretty sure you knew the answer before you posted the question. You better track down and keep records of what he's doing. If he isn't preparing for a divorce, then there must be something REALLY interesting going on.
