Re: How do I write up Points and Authorities
There is a wonderful resource in your county law library. It is a 40 volume set of reference books called POINTS AND AUTHORITIES. As the reference clerk where these books are located. Look up your subject in the index and you will be surprised at how much this reference will help you. Of course there is a great deal more to know about drafting the motion, attaching the poins and authorities, noticing the motion, getting the calendar date, etc. so please do not think I am telling you all you need to know. I am simply giving you the right reference books to start from. Good luck.
