Legal Question in Family Law in California

Wrongfully accused of child abuse
In short, my daughter was asked at her physical appointment if she has ever been abused in any way and she replied, ''yes''. The Dr. reported it to Child Welfare Services and lady came out to the house to talk to us, then the next thing I know I recieved a letter that my name was submitted to the DOJ index. I am totally devistated by this whole thing. I can't believe that this is happening to me. I spent 6 years as a Administration of Justice student at Diablo Valley College to get into the AJ field. Now I am in the Criminal Justice System database? I have been in that database when I did my internship at the Concord Parole Office. This is totally unjustifible . My daughter lied and I believe she has no idea really what she has done to not only me but my fucture and the rest of our family. Please help!
