x husband refuses to pay settlement money owed
my divorce is final and my ex husband refuses to pay the settlement money owed to me. My ex husband had 120 days to pay but still has not paid a dime! what steps can I take to get the money that is owed?

The procedure for collecting the money would depend upon the terms of the court order or agreement. If there is a court order and the court retained jurisdiction to supervise the payment of the property, you can request the court's assistance.
