Legal Question in Family Law in California

my x owes 20,000 in childsupport...he is to pay 916 a month and now get 230 a month for two kids..i heard i can collect what he owes...is this true?

You can contact your local Department of Child Support Services office (they go by county) to ask for their assistance. They not only have power through the legal system, but also administrative powers that attorneys do not have to get him to pay.
