Legal Question in Family Law in California

If my x an I had a verbal notarized agreement back in 2011 can he keep her from me if i went to jail on a drug allegation? hasent let me see her since feb 25th 2012 . just got servied papers march 20th 2012 of modifcation on visitaions temp. court on april 9th. Not sure what my rights are or what i can do. my 5 year old is emotionally damaged from this situation and is going to coucling for being sad she cant see her mother. also he took her out of school and is hiding her location from me .

I'm stunned by your claim that their was a verbal notarized agreement. Does the notary seal just float around in space somewhere?
