Legal Question in Family Law in California

A year ago my ex got an order for child support that was one-sided as due to an error I did not show up at the hearing. This past January there was a second hearing. The judge vacated the original order as it was based upon an extravagant overestimation of my income. Since the new order I have paid diligently, but child support services is still garnishing wages for arrears based on the order that was vacated. How do I get them to take the arrears away per the judge's decision?

Call child support services to notify them and send them a copy of the court's new order. Tell them they must comply with the order. If they don't, you may have to go back to court and notify the judge of this for further action.
