My two year old childs photos on myspace

My daughter is two years old and on her fathers dating sites, and myspace, the problem is that his friends are into porn, drugs,and swinging, and can view her anytime. I want her photos off of all of her sites but he says no. What can I do? I can show the connection between him and those people, it is just not directly on his profile, it is their friends that can access my daughters photos.. I feel she is being exposed to danger.

You could file a motion in family court and request a court order that he remove her photos from the internet. To be successful in this you will need to have an expert testify as to the danger to your daughter as a result of her picture being on the internet.
