Legal Question in Family Law in California

My two year old daughter is exhibiting anxiety (i.e. crying, telling me she does not want to go with her daddy, having nightmares waking up saying "no daddy") about being with her father. I do not know what to do. I asked him if we could look into play therapy and he declined (we have joint legal, but I have physical custody). I do not have any concrete evidence that he is harming her, but as a mother it is gut wrenching to hear your child cry and plead to not go with her father. I do not know what my rights are. He does not want to discuss it and has now started to say that I am inflicting intentional emotional distress on our daughter by purposely making her cry before the visits. I don't know what to do. He tape records everything even mediation meetings. He also tried to accuse my mom in court of banging my daughters head into the car (?) but the judge make a joke out of the situation and pretty much ignored his comment. He is now telling me he is taking me to court on Ex Parte application because he does not think the judge's orders match the minute orders. He has already told me that he will stop at nothing to get 50/50 custody (even though he works, I stay home and we live 40 miles from each other). Please any advice is greatly appreciated
