Legal Question in Family Law in California

My five year daughter and her father suddently moved from his home a month , following after a court hearing where I am petitioning to regain custody of our daughter. I have no current address, and he won't answer his cell, nore does he return my calls. I'm in Southern California,his last address is a Sacrameto Ca. How do I go about serving him court papers , when I have no idea of where he or our child could be living?

The is now a police matter if he is hiding the child. Please contact your local police department to assist you on locating your child.
