Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a five year old son who was born in California where we currently reside. His biological father lives in Michigan and has had no contact with our son, except fir meeting him once when he was 6 months old. His father is texting me and bullying me into allowing my son to speak with him on the phone. What are my/ my son's rights? Do I have to allow this man to speak or have contact with my son?

Unless there is a court order mandating visitation, you are not in violation of a judges directives. The best way to handle this situation is to get protective orders giving you sole legal and physical custody.
