what happens after a year
hi I was wondering, if you are going through a divorce and one does not want to sign the papers, after a year are we legaly divorced?

Re: what happens after a year
The marriage is not dissolved until the court issues an order dissolving the marriage. This order will be granted by the court only if you or the other party take the required action and submit a judgment for the court to sign.
