My two years old daughter is an us citizen by her father

I send her to visit her father she also travelled on a

Us passport to the united states now I needed her bk to come to

Jamaica because I'm living here in Jamaica he refuses to

Take her back to Jamaica the father is married and living

With his wife and son in the states he stops communicating with

Me and now he send me a summoned in the mail filing for

Full custody of my child I don't know what to do I need some

Legal advice because I need back my daughter to come to Jamaica
