Legal Question in Medical Leave in California

Calif. Fam. Rights Act after normal preganancy and delivery

Our company has less than 50 employees. Do we have to grant a leave of 12 weeks to an employee that had a pregnancy with no disability associated with it, normal delivery, and is able to return to work in 6 weeks? What are the eligibility req. for CFRA? (related to normal pregnancy and delivery)

If your company has fewer than 50 employees then it is not subject to the California Family Rights Act or the Medical Family Leave Act.
