Can an employer apply your 12 weeks of CFRA leave anytime during your disability leave or is it suppose to begin once your disability leave ends?

Generally CFRA leave would begin at the time your disability leave begins. This may not be the case if you take a Pregnancy Disability Leave and follow-up with a CFRA baby bonding leave, which would then follow the disability leave.
