If you have less than 50 employees, like 8, are we required to hold an employees job? What are the requirements for CRFA babay bonding?

The CFRA and the FMLA apply to employers with 50 or more employees within a 75 mile radius of the workplace.

However, you should be aware of the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, which applies to employers of 5 employees or more. It requires employers to permit employees to take up to 4 months off for a pregnancy related disability. It does not require an accommodation for baby bonding.
