Does the FMLA cover leave for ''grand children''?

The FMLA only covers leave to care for immeadiate family members. An employee�s spouse, children (son or daughter), and parents are immediate family members for purposes of FMLA.

Unfortunately a grandchild would not be covered under the FMLA.
