Legal Question in Medical Leave in California
Exempt Personnel Family Leave
I've been told that since I am an ''EXEMPT'' employee my employer has the right to call me, to ask questions pertaining to my work, while I am on Family Leave to care for my son. Is this correct?

No. There is no distinguishing between exempt and non-exempt under the family leave laws.
