Legal Question in Medical Leave in California

family leave act

I am a california teacher- and my

question is I am taking the full 12

weeks off under the family leave act

but one of those weeks would be the

week off for spring break does that

mean I am entitled to 13 weeks off

since one of those weeks would be

spring break and the teachers in my

school district have that week off?
