Legal Question in Medical Leave in California

Is FMLA only allowed to be used once per occurance?

If you take a Family Medical Leave of Absence, and your doctor ''re-certifies'' you for the same condition after the 12 months and 1250 hours worked, can your employer deny the leave?

It is not clear what you are asking. If you qualify for FMLA leave, you may take up to 12 weeks off for a serious illness within a 12 month period. The leave may be taken in increments, if necessary, but may not exceed 12 weeks within those 12 months.
