maternity leave
what is califonia's maternity leave policy? I have been
at my job over 6 months, under 1 year, 5 people in the
office.

In California, with a company of at least 5 employees, a woman may take up to 4 months off for pregnancy related disability reasons. Family leave for bonding purposes would not apply to such a small company or an employee there less than one year.
