Legal Question in Medical Leave in California

One of my daughter is very ill and the employer of my other daugher deny a leave of absence. can they do that?

In order to qualify for leave under the FMLA and CRFA, your other daughter needs to be able to certify that it is necessary for her to provide assistance with her sister's care. Have a doctor provide medical certification for her employer, assuming she meets all of the other qualifications.
