Legal Question in Medical Leave in California
My mother doesn't have medical care but she is getting psyciatric care as of now. She has just been diagnosed by him as being disabled for an indefinite amount of time.
Could i recieve a note from her psyciatrist that would hold up with my employer for the FMLA?

There is a form your doctor must fill out, which is provided by the Equal Opportunity Commission and the Dept. of Fair Employment and Housing. You can contact either of those agencies or go to their websites.
