parental rights
have a girlfriend, got her pregnant, not sure it is mine, she says she will never sign a consent to have a dna test. do i need her permission? can i get court order? what are my rights as potential father?

Congratulations possibly. Yes, you could go to court and certainly get a DNA test, possibly get visitation, and probably have to pay $100,000 in support depending on the results of the DNA test.

Yes you can get a court order, even if you does not consent. You want to be careful though, in case you are not actually the father. Once the Court decides you are the father of a child, you can be on the hook for support even if it turns out to be someone else's.
