Legal Question in Medical Leave in California

Pregnancy Leave

My employer is wondering how much time to give a

female employee who is asking for 2 months

pregnancy leave. Our company is small...4 in San

Francisco and 4 in Los Angeles (all full time). Are there

any laws he must follow as a very small company

regarding this type of leave?
