Legal Question in Medical Leave in California

Reinstatement of ''hours'' after FMLA/CFRA

After return from FMLA/CFRA, does an employee have to be granted the same hours? Employee was returned to the same position, same duties, same day shift, hours were adjusted by 1 hour (was 8-5, changed to 9-6)
