Legal Question in Medical Leave in California

i'm upset, but is it harrasment??

I find myself loathing going to work every day, but i don 't know if this is actually harrasment or just a bad situation. i welcome opinions or suggestions.

Here's the sit:

I had to take an FMLA recently due to my mother being in critical condition. Since coming back my direct manager has made numerous comments such as, ''you really screwed us by leaving for so long.''

Saying it once i get, having a conversation once i can take... but he's mentioned it numerous times, and anytime something happens, i get a ''this is just like when you left for that fmla.''

recently he said it and i had an emotional blow up and had to leave work. Everytime i step up from my desk, i get the third degree, ''where are you going?'' oftentimes when he's on the phone with various people to make it all the more demeaning.

the thought of going back is mortifying, and i'm so depressed about it and the general work enviornment i just don't konw what to do.

any suggestions or recommendations are welcome!

thanks!

leslie
