Exit Strategy for a Lawsuit
My former boss is suing myself and two other former employees for breach of contract, tort and trade secret violation. I am not in a financial situation to fight this case in the $100'sK+ range it would take. Is bankruptcy and exit strategy?

Somebody told you it would cost $100K to fight the lawsuit? Was this person a lawyer? Have you tried to retain legal counsel? How much were you quoted?
