Legal Question in Federal Tort Claims in California

Law Firm in San Diego/So. Calif experienced in Federal Torts/Bivens suits

I have a situation where the following has occurred (not a complete list by any means):

1. IRS agents (approx. 35) raided my home and business with a defective warrant inder US v Bridges, US v Grubbs and US v. Gannt2. In a different case involving this issue the 9th circuit panel told the US attorney that their warrants were ''dead bang losers under bridges, so why don't you settle the case?''

2. Affidavit of PC full of perjury

3. prosecutorial misconduct

4. business destroyed due to defective overbroad warrants, business NOT permeated with fraud.

5. Multiple torts

My attorney of 4 years can no longer handle the case due to health and other reasons. I do not have any financial rescources, This case must be done on a contingency basis. I am told it is potemntially a 20 million dollar suit or more. Other family members were traumatized by the armed raid, including my daughter.
