In 2007 credit card company took me to court got judgement garnished wages half way of payoff garnishment sheriff sent all money back credit card company had charged it off can they take me back to court for same bill

They can't sue again. But if the judgment was not actually satisfied, then the credit card company or any one they assign the judgment can collect. Judgments are good in California for 10 years, and can be renewed. The fact that a credit card company "charged it off" does not mean that they waived the right to collect the debt.
