Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
in 2011 We lost real estate. Bank foreclosed and sold by trustee sale. We did not know because we filed bk ch 7 /ch11 and it was delayed. After property was sold we did not know nor new owner notified us . After foreclosure new owner asked court to appoint receiver. Receiver came and took over property. We were not allow to take our belongings. After 2 weeks later receiver withdraw funds of $40,000 from various accounts. Is there any possibilities to get our money back.

This doesn't make sense. There are so many issues here that I don't even know where to start. You need to speak to an attorney in person.
