Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I am 16 years old. My parents recently found out I smoke marijuana. I go to school daily and dont get into any legal trouble. Can they make any legal actions if I continue to use?

They could report you to the police, but most police departments tend to ignore just the smoking of some illegal substance. But you need to sit down with your parents and discuss why it is that you are afraid they will try to punish you. You can always give up smoking but it is more difficult to give up your parents.
