Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
We have an additional "HEARING RE FURTHER CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE" coming up. Do we need to file ANOTHER CM Statement. The only thing that would be different from the original which was filed a year ago would be the dates we are NOT available to be in court due to "conflicts" (vacation, hospital procedures, etc.)

Yes, file and serve a new one.

I'd advise you to file a new one. It is the best way to bring the calendar conflicts to the trial judge's attention when the judge is determining when to set trial.

CMC statements are mandatory. Failure to file one can result in sanctions.
