Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
alienation of affection
Can a long time girlfriend sue her boyfriend for alienation of affection (or anything else) if after 20+ years, he dumps her and leaves her penniless, even though throughout the relationship, he lied about his finances?

You may have a case for palimony which is based upon a theory of breach of contract. I sometimes take cases such as these on a contingency. I will provide you free consultation. Please call me at 714 363-0220
