Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Hi All

I have a simple question in my mind. There is an agreement between A and B where it is mentioned "All disputes are under jurisdiction of the place of Corporate Office of B". At the time of agreement, 'A' and 'B' has Corporate office in a particular country (India).

But "B" later on changed the place of business to some other country (to US).

Now 'A' wants to file a case against 'B'. Can it file in India or shall be in 'US'?

I think it is 'US" (Place to be decided on the date of dispute and not on the date of agreement and also since no country name is specified in the agreement)

Pl advise

I agree with your analysis. The purpose of the clause is that B should be sued without the inconvenience of being sued in a jurisdicition foreign to where it currently is.
