Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

If a first amended complaint was filed, and have not served anyone, and discovered errors in the amended complaint, how can these errors be corrected and filed in order to serve the corrections instead of the one with errors?

You only get to amend, once, without leave of court. After that, you are going to have to file a motion with the court seeking leave to amend the complaint. Even if the errors were typographical, you would still need the court's permission to make changes on the face of the First Amended Complaint.
