Is a civil judgment rendered against me in California enforceable in England? ( contract dispute )

It can be enforceable if it's worth it for the judgment creditor to collect. The creditor will have to go through the Hague Convention, which puts more hurdles in the way. And they'd probably have to follow British law to seize accounts or assets.
