Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

my apartment burgled:possible by former managers/ it seemed they had a key

Actually my son's livesin a so-called security building. Last week-end his apt was burgled and it seemed they used a key. 1.the building did not want to hear about it,even though they charge for security.2.The building just changed hands and it appears that the former managers kept keys to the apt. as there were several burgarlarys. I want to know if we can sue the building for not providing security and well as a refund on all the security money paid to them?

Thanks, Sincerely,

You can sue, but I don't see that you have enough evidence to win at this point. No one has established that a security guard committed the burglary. Let the police perform an investigation and see that turns up.
