assets at risk in a civil lawsuit

I am being sued for loss of income, loss of equipment & medical expenses due to an auto accident. If I lose is my retirement, 401K,& IRA's at risk. Or are they exempt from being seized?

Most all assetts may be at risk. You should retain counsel to represent you or at least to review all information to make certain you are headed in the right direction.
