There are exemptions for assets that cannot be seized. In most cases, liability can be argued or apportioned, and cases can be settled. Please contact us at 714 363 0220 for review of your documentation and consultation.

Most all assetts may be at risk. You should retain counsel to represent you or at least to review all information to make certain you are headed in the right direction.

In most circumstances almost all assets are at risk. Usually all or most of the funds in retirement plans and IRA's are exempt from judgments. . . If you need further legal advice please feel free to contact my office-- 310-444-3020.
