Re: Attorney Associated into a case

The more direct approach is to tell us why you want to know this information. Maybe it is irrelevant or does not help you. An attorney appearing in court for a client is susposed to file an association of counsel form. Butif you point that out to the judge, one of three things will happen: the new attorney will file the form, the judge will say so what, or the judge will say it is not really necessary. It is not an issue that you wil score any point on.
