Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I am looking for an attorney who is ready to take on ebay in a class action suit that i would like to start. ebay is stealing money from sellers and also has created a slanderous environment where the buyer can leave false negative feedback about sellers. it happened to me on more than 1 occasion and ebay said at the end of the day it is all about ebay making money so they allow buyers to lie and they do not have an answer about when a seller does a partial refund to a buyer for whatever reason ebay does not refund the partial final value fee. they keep that money. anyone interested? I am fed up! if you are an attorney that can take this huge lawsuit on a contingency basis please respond to me asap. i am in california and so is ebay headquarters.

Such class action suits can be very expensive. You are more likely to find an attorney who might be willing to take on such a suit by looking on the court web pages at suits filed against EBay and then contacting the attorney who handled the suit to see if they are interested or know someone who might be. Also contact law firms that specialize in consumer law and class actions.
